Being pet owners ourselves we know how much love and affection pets bring to your home and how much they become part of the family. When you can't be home for them, whether its because of work, holiday or other commitments we will take care of your pets with the same love and attention you give to them and of course your pets will be in safe hands.
Complete Pet Care is a member of Nationwide Associates of Registered Pet Sitters (NARPS), all staff are CRB checked and fully insured. Sarah Cantrill Proprietor of Complete Pet Care is an ex prison service specialist dog handler with over 9 years experience of handling and training specialist search dogs within the prison service and over 2 years of handling and training specialist search dogs within the private security industry.
The services that Complete Pet Care has to offer include; Daily or occassional dog walking, cat and small animal home visits, puppy and elderly dog visits, house sitting, horse visits and dog bathing and grooming. With a variety of services to choose from, we are sure that you will be happy to put your trust with us.
During our visits, along with lots a fuss, we adhere to your pets requirments regarding their care and routine and ensure that your pet(s) follows their familiar routine and diet and that they receive any medication and/or suppliments that have been precribed by a vet or their owner.
Apart from the dog grooming, all of the services come with a free meet and greet. This is when we come along to your home to meet you and your pet(s) to discuss your requirements.
All of our services can be used on a regular or adhoc basis.

DOG WALKING
Exercise is essential to keep dogs healthy, fit as well as mentally and physically stimulated. By exercising your dog it not only improves your dogs wellbeing, but also helps to build
muscle, prevents depression, stress, obesity, joint problems, heart conditions and behavioural problems.
Our dog walking service is aimed at clients who are at work all days or who may be unable to walk their dog for any reason. We also carry out a home visit beforehand to meet you and y your dog and to make sure that they will be happy going for a walk with us.
We are available every day of the week and even at short notice. We do not just accept well behaved dogs we will take all dogs, and try and help to solve any issues that your dog has. For example pulling on the lead, aggression towards other dogs etc.
HOME VISITS (Cats, Small Animals, Puppy & Elderly Dogs)
Our home visits does not only include cat and small animal visits whilst you are away, but include puppy and elderly dogs that require care during the day.
During our puppy and elderly dog visits we provide companionship and care that can inlcude house or garden play, or short walks. For puppies this early routine can evolve into a full
walk as the dog gets older, stronger and is socialised.
Home visit can be the prefect solution to replace catteries. Most cats prefer to stay in their own bed, own surroundings...what could be better. During our visit we will care, groom, feed, change water, clean litter trays and ensure that your cat is in good health whilst you area away.
Birds, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Rats, Mice, Gerbils, Hamsters, Fish can all be cared for in your home whilst you are away. We will care for your pets feed and clean them according to your normal routines.
HORSE VISITS
We fully understand the importance of keeping your horse in its normal routine and it is important that we meet you and your horse before any sitting is carried out in order to find out
their needs and temperaments.
During our visit, we can muck out, skip out, bed down, feed, water, change rugs, turn out, bring in, groom, ride, Lung, carry out field checks, field skip, tack clean, attendance for farrier
or vets.
HOUSE SITTING
House sitting is very benefical for owners who have pets with disabilities such as blindness, deafness, partically disabled, too old for boarding establishments. Keeping your pets to their
usual routine, including medication is very important. Whilst you are away a member of Complete Pet Care will reside at your home taking care of your pets and keeping your home
safe and secure. Our pet sitting services are focused on the security of your home and the caring of your pets, maintaining their routine and ensuring that they are given lots of love, care and attention. This service is carried out by fully trained (SIA) licensed operatives.

At present we only have one grooming salon and this is based in Woodville, but we are looking at expanding and opening more salons in other areas. We offer pick up and drop off for this service if required but a small extra charge may apply. We also understand that some people prefer for their dog to be groomed in the comfort of their own home, we are able to offer this service on the condition that the client has the facilities for us to bath the dog and the space for our grooming table and equipment to be placed.
Regular grooming is an important part of canine welfare, all dogs need regular grooming in order to remove deads hair, dirt and parasites. This assists with fighting diseases such as ear disease or fleas, monitoring of skin irregulations, lumps or infections. Nail trimming helps to avoid the nails growing into the pads and the removal of hair from the pads and paws is crucial to allow the dog to sweat.
We offer a range of dog bathing and grooming at competitive rates, which include de-matting, brush out, bathing, scissoring, clipping and hand stripping. Included in the price is ear cleaning / plucking, eye clean, nail clipping and trimming of hair between pads and paws.

I love my dog so much (as I'm sure most dog owners do!). I normally work from home and he is used to me giving him at least one long walk per day. This year however saw a change in my work whereby i would have to do more work overseas for the odd week almost every month. My dog is fairly high energy dog and is used to a lot of fuss and bother and attention.
Sarah and Complete Pet Care have been an absolute life saver to me. She is professional, reliable, courteous and trustworthy. She has a key to the house, always turns up when asked and has never let me down. What's more, she seems to control the dog far more than I Can!! It gives me such peace of mind to know that she us there giving my moody dog exercise and love, and that i can trusr her not only with controlling him but also turing up when needed and coming into my house. I find her prices beter than the competition, and in my mind she is the best dog waler i could have ever dreamt of.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending her services to anyone at all. To say she is fantastic is an understatement! We became aware of the services provided by Complete Pet Care in January 2011. As the owmers of two Golden Retrievers, we find it difficult to ensure that they are walked daily, particularly on two mid-week days. Following a telephone call to the proprietor we arranged a metting at our house to discuss our dogs needs, and to gauage the dogs reactions to Sarah and Netti. Often out dogs are quite difficult and they do not take easily to strangers, however after a short period they were both relaxed and fussing with Sarah nad Netti. We thus decided, not without some trepidation, to give dog walking with Complete Pet Care a try. On the first day the dogs were a little relucant to walk with "strangers". Within a week they were waiting at the door to greet them as soon as they heard the van on the drive.We have complete trust in the way our dogs are looked after when in the hands of Complete Pet Care and would fully recommend their services. It is also our intention to make use of the home / dog sitting service in the future when holidaying.
